Blanka founded the festival in 2024, bringing extensive experience in the film industry as a filmmaker, writer, and content developer. Her creative vision drives the festival’s mission to champion diverse voices and celebrate powerful storytelling.

Layal joined shortly after the festival was founded as its executive director, overseeing its strategic and operational direction. With experience working with studios including Paramount, Universal, and Sky, Layal combines a passion for film with a track record of delivering high-impact projects to audiences worldwide.

Independent film producer and creative director with over 25 years of experience across major studio features and high-end television, with extensive expertise in visual effects. She is currently producing a slate of independent features in development and pre-production.

Maryam supports the organization and delivery of the festival, helping ensure everything runs smoothly. With experience in film distribution and festival coordination, she brings both practical insight and a genuine passion for storytelling, contributing to a space that celebrates diverse voices.
