Our mission is to provide a platform in which to celebrate women, and the wonderful diversity of female-led stories about women who are not afraid to cross physical, as well as mental borders.

About the founder
Blanka Douglas
Blanka Douglas is a Polish-British actress, producer, and director. She co-founded Doorbell Pictures and studied at Queen Mary University of London. She is currently participating in the "Screenwriters on the Horizon" program, a collaboration between the New Horizons International Film Festival and Netflix aimed at supporting aspiring female screenwriters. Additionally, she serves on the board of the Wątki Sztuki Association, established in 2023 to consolidate efforts in scenography, theater and film production.

Our vision is, first and foremost, to create a real community.
An open forum that celebrates the female gaze, in all its untethered glory.
In which our voices are not only heard- they are amplified.
Our ultimate wish is for this community to help support and nurture the female voices of tomorrow.
